Pads, rotors, calipers, lines — we show you the wear before any repair.

Pads Rotors Calipers 3-year warranty

Your brakes — too important to guess.

Brakes are your vehicle's most critical system. Here, you see what we see: we show you the pads, rotors, and caliper before proposing anything. No surprise repairs, no pressure.

Components we replace

  • Pads (front and rear)
  • Rotors (resurface or replace)
  • Calipers (seals, pistons, full caliper)
  • Brake lines (rubber, metal, braided)
  • Brake fluid (full flush)

Signs your brakes need attention

  • Squeal or high-pitched squeak when braking
  • Vibration in the steering wheel or pedal
  • Longer stopping distance
  • Pedal that sinks or feels soft
  • Brake warning light on the dashboard

Typical life

Brake pads typically last 40,000 to 80,000 km depending on your driving (city vs highway) and pad type. Rotors often last for two sets of pads.

Warranty

All our brake repairs are covered by the Bumper to Bumper national warranty: 3 years / 60,000 km, parts and labour, valid across Canada and the United States.

Frequently asked

How much does a brake pad change cost?
It depends on the vehicle, but generally between $250 and $500 per axle (two wheels), parts and labour included. We give you a written estimate before starting.
Do I need to replace the rotors when changing pads?
Not always. If your rotors are above the minimum thickness and free of deep grooves, we can often resurface them or leave them. We'll show you the measurement.
